Joining Mataka Legal Practice at its inception in January 2018, she brought with her a robust and diverse background from several esteemed legal firms. Prior to Mataka, she served at Mangezi and Partners as a Legal Practitioner, Administrator, and Conveyancing Assistant from November 2015 until December 2017.

In this role, she demonstrated not only her adept legal skills but also her proficiency in administrative management and client relationship building. Before her tenure at Mangezi and Partners, she held a similar position at J. Mambara and Partners, working from November 2013 until October 2015, further polishing her expertise in both legal practice and conveyancing operations.

Her journey in the legal field began at Cheda & Partners, where she worked as a Debt Collector cum Legal Secretary from July 2001 until September 2003. This early exposure to the multifaceted world of legal administration laid the groundwork for her future endeavors. In October 2003, she advanced her career by joining the Legal Resources Foundation Bulawayo as a Legal Secretary, a position she held until October 2006. Seeking broader horizons, she then transitioned to Helfer & Company Attorneys in Gaborone, Botswana, where she continued to excel as a Legal Secretary until May 2011.

Her experience soon expanded internationally when she joined LGR Incorporated in Pretoria, South Africa. There, she served as a Senior Legal Secretary and Foreclosures Secretary from July 2011 until November 2012. Notably, while at LGR Incorporated, she successfully completed her LLB Degree studies with Unisa, marking a significant milestone in her professional development and formalizing her legal acumen.

At Mataka Legal Practice, her role extends far beyond routine legal administration. She is instrumental in firm management, overseeing essential business correspondences, recruitment processes, and the conveyancing department. In this capacity, she manages a wide array of responsibilities including property transfers, bond registrations, administration of deceased estates, and the preparation of notarial bonds and deeds of trusts. Additionally, she handles agreements of sale, company registrations, updates of company statutory returns, and provides expertise in company law and secretarial practices.

Her extensive, international experience, combined with her academic achievements, has endowed her with a unique blend of practical and theoretical legal knowledge. This background enables her to contribute significantly to the high standards and innovative practices at Mataka Legal Practice.
